Actually those are not the correct definitions, although it's easy to get the wrong one since there are multiple sources of seemingly-official definitions, none of which match each other. At some point we will sync them, but getting all the admins together takes a long time, we span many timezones and schedules. IT doesn't really fit in either EE or TECH, it's really OT especially since the threads tend to be rather long, consisting of posts going over configuration files and error messages.
