This is easily solved. :)

1. Conformal coat the tent after running flexible copper heating coils 
and hooking up to the nearest windfarm.

2.Have a tent that is made out of either wax impregnated material or 
jackets.

3. Wrap it in cling film.

4. Cart collapsible plastic Danish bricks around. (a new line for Ikea 
perhaps?)

5. Build an igloo - waterproof but maybe not drip proof.
