After 180 seconds of continuous blinker activity, it will play someone  
yelling, "Hey dumbass!  You don't know how to drive and are a danger  
to others!  Take public transportation next time!" from an ICD chip  
through a well designed 7W or greater audio amp (the upgraded next  
year's model will be called the "Wake the Dead, or at least Grandpa"  
version)  and a minimum size 5" speaker "inconspicuously" mounted in  
the driver's headrest.

With options for male and female voices just for the "wow" factor.
