Well, the RCA Cosmac processor was used in nuclear bombs, and it is a 
somewhat simpler architecture than a PIC.

The joke used to be that it only needed one interrupt because after that it 
wouldn't exist any more.

So considering the way the IRA (and many other terrorist and guerilla 
groups) used mechanical alarm clocks to trigger bombs, as well as electronic 
watches , using a 16F84 as a terrorist tool is quite possible.

I think you are really showing your young age, with matching experience, and 
lack of knowledge of recent history.
