I tryed but I got this.
CD3Err0040: The target device is not ready for debugging. Please check 
your configuration bit settings and program the device before proceeding.

My config is:
_FOSCSEL(FNOSC_FRCPLL);
_FWDT(FWDTEN_OFF );
_FICD(BKBUG_ON & COE_ON & JTAGEN_OFF & ICS_PGD2);

device:
PIC24HJ128GP502

without pushbuttons it' al fine
when I connect 5v pullups via 10k; I get the error
