So it would have been OK if it was a Windows GUI but not integrated into
MPLAB?  It seems your issue is MPLAB integration.  This has nothing to do
with whether it's command line based or GUI.  However, saying you don't like
my stuff because it runs on a different operating system when it doesn't is
wrong and gives others the wrong impression.  All the programs in question
are full Windows 32 bit executables.  You are free to not like them and not
use them, but not to misrepresent them.

As a side note, even "DOS" and "command line" are orthagonal.  There were
DOS programs that were GUIs (like AutoCad, for example) and there are
certainly command line programs that have nothing to do with DOS.

No, it's just plain wrong.  But worse, it's misleading to others.
