Almost certainly. Essentially a diode and pickup loop/wire and cheap meter. As I noted (or adumbrated), if you get one and probe everywhere around an oven up close you will get some reading somewhere if the meter works. Then you have some Idea of how sensitive it is. I found that ovenes usually have som slot somewhere that provides some signal. Door slots a good place to start.
