The book is a definite must-read, but you also need to read the stuff that =

he wrote much later, which contradicts some of his earlier assertions.

That's one thing I really respect Brooks for: he was brave enough to make =

the assertions about a field that was still in its infancy, and big enough =

to openly admit his mistakes later.
