Thermocompression boding is what the lead wires in some ICs use to bond to the chip and to pads. The tc glue is an industrial specialty product that is nearly unobtainable outside countries that still make stuff (like cell phones and calculators where the lcd's are bonded like this). You will also need a jig, stencils and a machine with temperature, pressure and dwell time control. If this is a one off protoype bond individual gold or pure Cu wires with conductive epoxy under a microscope, and use it while it lasts. I did this with a 90+ pin custom lcd.
