Hi!

I remember I read some article, maybe on Elektor, maybe not, for a 
circuit booster that allows to use just 4 AA rechargeable batts in a 
holder for 6 AA, using the spare space for the circuitry.

As I cannot find it now, does anyone who read it can tell me where was 
it published?, or can suggest a link for another schematics or a booster 
chip for this?. Better if it takes care of not to deplete the 
rechargeable batts.
