Olin, There are options on PayPal to handle cart and combined shipping. For example you can say 5 dollars for the first item, 3 for each additional, but if the order exceeds the 100 dollar limit the shipping is free. Or if someone orders more than five items then it is free. I think you might need a business accunt on PayPal to be able to do that, but then it is nothing else just doing the settings and then inserting the PayPal code into your html with Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V.
