We have just released our latest product, the RSLink2
(http://www.embedinc.com/products).  It converts between PIC UART signals on
one side and RS-232 on the other like the existing RSLink, but it works with
3.0V to 5.5V power whereas the RSLink is for 5V systems only.  The new
RSLink2 is the same price the RSLink was, and the price of the RSLink has
been dropped.  The same cable will work with both.
