I would suggest that you go to Help, then Topics, then MPLAB IDE, and you
start looking there.

With a minimal amount of effort, you'll find MPLAB IDE Reference -> Windows,
which will tell you how to do this.

If you'd spent some time with the help file, you would have found your
answer more quickly than asking the list and waiting for a response.
