What do you mean? 2. 10F, 12F, 16F are all very suitable for this. It would be ok to use the 10F you already own if you could fit your code onto it. 10F has very little code space. Also, what will you be using, C or assembler? 3. What hardware are you using to count your RPM? How is it reporting data?
