We've all had our fun on this and the related thread.
Newbie has been successfully indoctrinated. Insults covert and vert have 
been exchanged.

Olin & Russell have again butted heads on best methodology for getting list 
newcomers to meet hoped for standards, exchanged vert insults, and have both 
demonstrated lack of command of spilling chuckers and grammer.

What say we now settle down and try and get on with the technical stuff and 
helping each other out.
