I've used a Spartan 3 FPGA board from Digilentinc with a plug-in A/D
converter board:

<http://digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?Prod=PMOD-AD1>

Runs at 1 MSPS though. Use the S3BOARD + MIB and wire in an A/D eval.
board from National or other.
