The audio/video is streamed using H.263 which interleaves the visual and audible tracks. You could, theoretically, write some software to request only the bytes that contained the audio frames. This would be a _big_ hassle though. It would probably be cheaper in the long run (comparing man-hours writing the software) to buy an upgrade to your bandwidth. - -- Brendan Gillatt | GPG Key: 0xBF6A0D94 brendan {a} brendangillatt (dot) co (dot) uk http://www.brendangillatt.co.uk -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (MingW32) iD8DBQFJKySyuv4tpb9qDZQRAsl3AKDAYphK0tXVPmS4iZUN3eitLCNYjACgh12n cAksxfsJFIzS0mypJnjMN7g= =Kceg -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
