I would guess it is a yes. Does the vendor provide Windows 2K driver? I would guess it is a no. If my guesses are right, I would suggest using the original OS which comes with the laptop. I know this is a strange alternative but I am thinking you will have problems to get Windows 2k running in the end even if you can find a USB floppy.
