If all you've got is policicians then everything looks like a political.

Adam mentioned needing an "armed guard" but I suspect the costing of the 
armed guard you'd really need would be out of all proportion to the 
estimated cost thereof when power prices are being calculated. A full time 
SAS team or three can't come cheap, the 5 or 10 BlackHawks add quite a lot, 
and I don't know what the CIA cost themselves out at.  A certain gentleman 
who may be in Afghanistan, Pakistan, elsewhere or dead would surely love 
people to litter the world with these - My, Grandma, what big and dirty 
teeth you have - all the better to find one or several with. You can call 
that policial, or common sense. They won't hunt.
