The ICD2 does not like my PIC32MX460F512L PIM on the Explorer 16 very well. I managed to get it to program the device but it's buggy - I have to connect MPLAB to the ICD2, physically attach the RJ plug (but don't reconnect the ICD2) - ERASE the chip first, before being able to program. Otherwise it will fail and I'll have to restart everything before I can try again.
