Interrupt bits T0IE, T0IF TMR0IE, TMR0IF Timer control bit None TMR0ON On the 16F part the PSA bit assigns the pre-scaler to either timer 0 or the watchdog timer. In the 18F it either enables or disables the pre-scaler, it's never assigned to the watchdog timer.
