Hopefully it will have some improvement over PICkit 2. It is about US$20
more expensive than PICkit 2. (For the debug express bundle, US$70
versus US$50).

MPLAB ICD 3, on the other hand, is a totally different class of beast
than the ICD 2. It is actually Real ICE Lite.
