Thank you all for your valuable considerations. I will provide some information regarding to what was done here, are being done, and will be done. First of all you may check the department's official wiki-page about airborne research at http://atmoswiki.aero.und.edu/atmos/citation/home We are planning to place an optical cloud particle counter onto the new RocketSat We also want to develop a custom build frequency locator, to find the source of unlicensed freq transmitters in order to prevent their overlapping with our research radar. There are also improvement projects for some of the current measurement equipments such as cloud condensation particle counters. I am sure there are more to do in our department that I am not aware of yet, since this is my first semester here. Once again, I really appreciate your contributions and collaborations. Upon any project progress, or problems I will ask for your comments and help. I will individually contact each of you in a couple of days. 2008/11/8 jim > I have a couple of boxes of IC's and other parts that I no longer need. > They probably weigh about 30-50 pounds each.
