It seems to me that both Mac OS X and Ubuntu 8.10 has quite good performance. The test suite itself is interesting as most benchmarks are only for Windows. Mac Mini actually looks interesting. But its cost is more than double the Asus EEEbox even though it is also faster than EEEbox.
