Car sensors are expensive. Trying to "fix" one is generally a waste of time, often the modules are encapsulated, and the parts are house parts (i.e. no useful part numbers). You don't mention the brand, offhand, $130 sounds like a dealer price to me. Have you tried aftermarket suppliers? Autopartspeople.com can be very cheap. An alternative is wreckers, they are usually at least 50% less then the cheapest new part. If your car is brand new (doubtful, otherwise that part should be covered under warranty) or rare, wreckers will likely either not have the part, or not discount it very much.
