That's for a single board.
Or aprox $63/ea if you take 3 of them.

Anyone needing, say 10 of them for some project
might be able to save some further $'s, I guess...

 From a Swedish perspective, I do not see this as *that*
expensive. Yes, it's more then a standard solderless
breadboard, but that's another target market... :-)
