I've used both before and I wouldn't say it's "better" but certainly 
different. Sometimes software that works with Wine doesn't work with 
codeweavers and vice-versa. The codeweavers version has more GUI improvements 
(or not, depending on your preference).

Just got my code but the registration site is still down. The email says that 
the code will at least be valid until the end of Oct.
