Not exactly high jacking this thread only sort of :)

How do SSD drives stand up to defragmenter programs? Do they have special hardware/firmware that tracks cell use?

As flash drives shouldn't be defragged due to it exacerbating memory failure  due to excessive read/write cycles, just wonder about SSD's.
