Shame I can't post a screenshot but....  When I visit Youtube, I 
usually visit via the UK site. Tonight, I logged on using safari for 
Windows and I've got the banner below. Apparently English UK is not 
proper English, so that puts me in my place.

I  only mention the browser as I can't see why else this message would 
pop up, normally i use opera.
