If you had the decency to at least browse to the Wikipedia page for which I've posted the link now several times, you'd see the difference between "system" and "email reader". I bet that your system is perfectly capable of correctly displaying this page, including all characters of all ISO 8859 charsets (including the capital omega of ISO-8859-7). The difference is that your email reader didn't interpret the Mime headers correctly, while your browser does interpret the Content-Type meta tag correctly (which is standardized similarly to the corresponding Mime email header). Anybody vouching for ASCII-only web here? If not, and vouching for ASCII-only email, why is that? If there is a difference, where does it come from?
