I'm trying to put together a group buy of FTDI FT232RL chips. I have a  
project I need some for, but I'd really rather pay the full reel price  
than the onesy-twosey price.

Assuming I get enough commitments, I'll buy one or more reels, and  
then transact with the interested parties for their portion. I'm not  
out to make any money, just to get a decent price on some parts.

I've currently got commitments for about 1/3 of a 2000-piece reel.
