all versions of SxSim so far require mscomctl.ocx to operate. Please check if this file is installed on your machine. If not, you can Google for it, and you will find many download sources. You may either follow the instructions on such download pages how to register that ocx with Windows, or you may simply store it in the same folder where SxSim.exe is located.

The next release of SxSim will no longer need this or any other ocx or dll file.
