Sorry, I was just joking. Is it your real name, or a nickname?

As far as I know, there is no easy way to convert Protel schematics to Eagle 
schematics (and it seems that writing such a converter would be very 
difficult). You can always convert it manually -- if you can view/print the 
Protel file.
