The seller shipped via priority mail at cost, so no outrageous charges.

There was a bit of confusion regarding shipping, as he used an 
out-of-date address in my profile rather than the address I asked him to 
use, but he sent a replacement as soon as we figured out why the 
original shipment didn't arrive. 

Very happy all-in-all.
