Depending how big your dollar blls are ...

700 billion 1 dollar notes end to end is about half the distance from earth 
to the sun.

Or comfortably more than Earth to Mars at closest approach or less than 20% 
of the distance at apposition.

Or about 1800 times around the earth.

Or about $100 each for every person on earth.

That last measure may be most useful.

population, $US100 represents more than 4 months income.
