Paying SGD710 (after comparing 7 shops in Funan IT Mall) for the following. 1) Wii Sports Official Singapore version with 3 months warrantee by Maxsoft. Listed price is SGD499 but many shops sell for SGD519. 2) Extra set of Wii Remote (plus Wii Play is SGD79) and Numchuck (SGD39) 3) Active Life Outdoor Advantage (my wife's favorite) (SGD109). I was paying by cash so that the shop gave a bit of discount. SGD710 is about US$500. I think it is much cheaper in US. It was tempting to buy the mod version but I think I do not want to play many games. Even my wife will probably borrow a few games from her friends and play a bit. > Get the wii-fit as well, skip the wii play. I hope I could lose 5kg with Wii in a year. Back in 2006, I lost 3 kg in the first 6 month by exercising but gained back the 3kg (or a bit more) after 3 months in Cleveland. The gym in the apartment was not good. Last year I was in Cleveland for 1.5 months but I managed not to gain weight by exercising in the gym in the hotel.
