Selling someone a programmed PIC is definitely redistribution in binary form. As I read it that redistribution must produce the required texts. This is clearly written with a splash screen and/or help>about menu option in mind. Sadly, no such thing on a keyfob or melody card. And where are you supposed to reproduce all those notices? On the melody card, printed on top of the photo of the lovely beach? For software to be seriously usable in a (deeply) embedded context you need a license without that clause. Note that it is not important what you read in it.
