Above average certainly, probably nothing spectacular though. I'd guess 
120 mark. There's no measure of creativity or determination really 
though, I think that is mainly what makes people successful in this way. 
Anybody can come up with a good idea, its putting in the hard yards to 
make it a viable product that makes the difference.

When I look at the businesses I have been involved with, (not to blow my 
own horn) but with one or 2 exceptions I'm probably 10-15 points above 
the CEO's. (more in some cases lol). But they are the ones with the 
$400k a year salary. Who is the smart one there?

afaik he is also the one behind the tesla roadster. This guy has done 
everything i want to do, except he made millions of dollars first. See 
that's my mistake ;->
