Then see if the program runs without the key connected and without a resonator/crystal in place. If it works, then you know you've got a freq/resonator/key conflict... try it again with 50_000_000 and OSCHS2, then run again without the key connected and *with* a 50mhz resonator in place. Also, do you have a 10k or so resistor connected beween osc1 and osc2 (the resistor is generally a good idea to startup the resonator properly -- see the SX datasheet.
