I did more homework for for S60 and it seems there are quite some good dictionary software for Symbian OS, especially S60 Release 3. In that case, something like LG KT610 is cheap and with keyboard, but it does not seem to have have FM. I think we will stick to LG KS20 Windows Mobile phone as the technical support team to my wife (me and her brother) are more comfortable with Pocket PC.
