try figure out how to setup a network drive under vista. It probably will take you a whole week just find a place to start. It seems the Vista designer goes from one end (extremely complicate GUI on XP) to the other end (nothing useful at all on the GUI). Not a good job on function balance on Vista (= another Windows Mistake Edition). It creates job security for IT guys anyway. Funny N. This is a tool I use to get things > done. I recently had to get a new PC (the old one let the smoke out). It has Vista ($@$@#$@@$#!!) and Office 2007 (I think). The GUI of Word has changed so much that I estimate it takes me 50% more time to finish a job. So far the learning curve does not flatten. In fact, I tried to check whether it is indeed Word 2007, but there is no Help/Amout any more, at least not where I expected it. And not because there are new features at that part of the screen, there is simply nothing. But I have half-transparent windows now, exactly what I was waiting for!
