I am looking for a smartphone, most likely PocketPC since it has a very
good freeware dictionary called MDICT. I have yet to find out any
good and free dictionary for Symbian OS but that might be because
that I have never used any Symbian based phone.

Requirement: GSM/3G WCDMA for Singapore
1. With FM, MP3.
2. With good freeware dictionary
3. Best is with keyboard, Wifi is not necessary, GPS is not
necessary

So far I only find from Singtel that the only HTC Touch Pro meets
all three requirement. But it is very expensive, similar to Iphone
which does not meet any of the requirement.

If dropping requirement 3, then there is the LG KS20, some
HTC device, some Mwg (O2) device and the expensive
Samsung Omnia. LG KS20 is the cheapest.

BTW, this is not for me as I am not into phones. I use an
old Samsung phone (no FM) and a Sony FM radio. I was
into PDAs last time (got one Windows CE 1.0 handheld,
a Palm IIIxe in Year 2000, a HP Jornada Pocker PC 2002 in year
2002) but not that interested in it now.
