Did you look for monitor? A TV has a tuner, where a monitor is the screen with driver electronics to accept an input say composite, component, etc. Also there are graphic displays available, don't know if they can be driven with a video signal. www.ezlcd.com has an ad in Nuts & Volts magazine, there are others.
