No use... you have to give a browser permission to at least run outbound
connections on TCP port 80 (and to be useful, more than that). With that,
it has all the permissions it needs to communicate to a server whatever it
wants to. And get back whatever the server sends...

This is not a firewall issue, this is a trust question.
