Last week i programmed some devices using this programmer but suddenly today
there is a strange thing going on.
I used it to program a 16F628 and programming went well. After use the
application i want to use the PICkit as usual to read the device to check
some values from the EEPROM to check if the programm runs correct.
 
But reading the device gives me all Zeros. A other thing i see in the
PICkit2 screen is that the config word in the hexfile read 3F62 but on the
screen it shows 0062  and underneed in red the text Allprotect.
 
I dint alter anything on my setup so how could this happen?
