Anyone know of a simple way to do this?  Searching gets me many tools to
import dxf into Eagle, or tools to convert the traces for routing the
traces/pads etc.  But what I need is a relatively simple way to output the
lines on the milling layer to dxf or g-code so I can de-panelize the boards.

Currently I write the g-code for this manually :(
