Another chip that works well is the 74LVC14, available from both TI and NXP. 
Six Schmitt trigger inverters in one package, 5V tolerant inputs when run on 
3V Vcc, all inverters in a single package have matched delay times to within 
1nS, great for doing distributed buffered clocks and the like.
