Yes it does (of course when you're looking for twiddleability you
probably want TTL and not RS232...). It also has the ability to
arbitrarily twiddle 3 of its pins (PGC/PGD/AUX) to TTL levels or
tristate and read them, completely ignoring any "protocol".
