Hi Herbert, Thanks for the reply. No, because it is still happening days later. It looks like it has something to do with where I accessed the videos. At home, it works. At work, it is intermittent. My work does not (AFAIK) block youtube (and if they did, I wouldn't think that hitting reload would help). It could be, though, that some of the recent network changes they have made have caused some problems with playing flash videos.
