Even more, this standard is updated almost ever= y year. However, the problem is, it is never strictly followed by many com= panies. They used to bypass those standards by multiple ways, and since t= here are always unemployed people in the country which as 1.3 population,= they don't really care about firing anyone who complain about their wage= s. Feeling sorry to say, it is never easy for normal person to make a law= suit in China about money issue. And even foreign companies will soon lea= rn those tricks too. =20 =20 I don't think it is the time to increase the minimum wage a lot, there ar= e just too many mouths waiting to be fed. For those who complain China a = lot, please imagine 5 times more traffic on the road and thank God that h= e made you born in States. =20 > From: spam@maksimov.org> To: piclist@mit.edu> Subject: Re: [OT]Wha't ha= ppening in China?> Date: Wed, 20 Aug 2008 17:01:40 -0700> > Funny NYPD wr= ote:> > Greeting Vitaliy,> > Thanks for the info, that clears things up.>= > So even China has the minimum wage now.
